Having stumbled upon the small town of Verona while traveling last month trough Italy, you can imagine my surprise to also discover the Casa di Giulietta - a monument to the everlasting love story of Romeo and Juliet. Situated off a main road in this small town is a 5 story building that pays tribute to both the original play, the Zeffirelli film, and the most recent Letters to Juliet staring Amanda Seyfried.
Most fascinating is the wall of messages left by lovers past. Tacked, taped, gummed, clipped, graffitied, or by pure magic, loved ones can leave messages on the wall as a testament to their undying love.

In fair Verona, where we lay our scene..."
